Kidde 13 ft. 2 story escape ladder offers a quick and easy escape from a two-story home. These life-saving ladders store compactly, deploy quickly and keep you prepared for the possibility of fire and other emergencies. Kidde Escape Ladders attach quickly to most windows and they are tangle free, stretching out to form a flame resistant, durable and sturdy ladder that can support up to 1,000 lbs. Strap material is nylon 6 or polyester, thickness 0.075 in. W is 1.00 in. rung construction is heavy gauge aluminum and are anti-slip, ladder has been tested to load rating of 1000 lbs.
Full length of ladder is approximately 13 ft.
Window to which the ladder is attached must be able to support the load of the persons using the ladder to escape
Do not use this ladder from heights greater than 14 ft.

Returns

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
