Other countries will be shipped through eBay domestically using their Global Shipping Program – meaning we ship package free to eBay and eBay will ship package to all locations outside the United states and eBay charges overseas shipping cost paid by customer.
Method of Shipping within the USA is USPS First Class up to 16 oz or Priority Mail 1 lb 1 oz and over, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (our choice). Delivery times normally take between 1 – 3 days and possibly up to 5 days for the East coast.
NOTE: If you do not receive your package within 7 business days within the USA please contact us so we can put a trace on the package – the sooner you let us know the faster we can help.  You can also contact your local carrier the package is being shipped through after 5 business days and tell them you have not received a package and provide the tracking number for the package missing.  This is normally the best way to find a missing package because the package is normally in your area not ours.
If your location is outside of the USA please contact eBay about missing packages as eBay shipped the package to you not us.

If you need to return your item, we will provide a return shipping label at our expense for the cost of shipping item back to us. International Returns
: Do to our extremely low prices and the higher cost of shipping we can no longer accept returns from countries outside of the USA. In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you at our cost.
