Vintage 1994 NCAA CFB Rose Bowl Wisconsin Badgers vs UCLA Bruins Pennant
The pennant does have some staining and indentations where it was hung. I will loosely roll the pennant to ship to keep costs down because of the new USPS sizing policy.
